As a business, no shows make it very difficult for us to keep the salon profitable. This not only costs us but it also prohibits other clients booking in for that slot and then leaves us with no time to try and fill It.

WE SELL GIFT VOUCHERS

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

A 25% deposit is required for all bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Under 48 hours – the deposit is lost and a new deposit will have to be paid on the next booking.

Longer than 48 hours - the deposit will be refunded or carried over to a future booking.

No Shows:

The deposit is lost and you may be required to pay a larger deposit for your next booking.
